Order Changing or Adding to Order

If an order has been placed and and you require us to change something on an order for you (as long as the items have not gone into the production line), or you would like to add items to an order, there will be an Administration fee of £1 each time an addition or alteration is made to an existing order.

Payment and Posting

Full payment must be made with order, most stock items are dispatched within 5 working days with receipt, within 7 working days for UK deliveries, 10 working days for overseas.

Payment methods are Paypal, Stripe and Electronic bank transfers .

Out of stock items are usually dispatched within 6-12  weeks of the date of the order.

All payments to be made in UK currency

Merchandise delays are subject to suppliers and Customs Import delays and sometimes can take 6-12  weeks, but this is a rare occasion.

Returns/Cancellations

I like to think that you will like our products and we always guarantee most items sold that if you are not totally satisfied, please get in contact before returning items. Items should be returned in an unused, unworn condition, unless manufacturing fault.  Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt.  The method of return is up to the customer and no reimbursement will be made for returns.  There will be a re-stocking fee of 15% for all  items, and 20% for items which need to be remade due to incorrect measurements given.

Cancellations need to be made within 3 days.  For Bespoke orders, once we are in the processes of making the item no cancellation can be made.  An order cannot be cancelled once shipped. Cancelled orders incur a 10% process fee.

Shipping

UK customers will be charged £7 for postage and packaging, and will use different methods of shipping depending upon the fees involved. Unless the order is a print order, which will instead be £2.99

Overseas customers will be charged £46.00.  If the order is small please let us know and we will re-calculate the shipping for you.

If payment received does not include enough for postage and packaging then the items will not be shipped until cleared payment has been received.

Items in stock will be posted within 5 days of ordering, other items will be dispatched 4 – 8 weeks after cleared payment.

Clothing Sizing

Goldenmochi cannot be held responsible for orders of clothing which are dispatched in good faith for the size described, but are found not to be big enough, please ensure that you measure yourself before ordering, if you need to return an item then you will be requested to repay the shipping fees again before dispatch.
